Hi! I'm Genevieve - Lifelong athlete and lover of all things outdoorsy!
My approach to a healthy lifestyle goes beyond just going to the gym. I create programs that include stretching, warm-ups, balanced nutrition, self-care, and good sleep. Mental and physical well-being are really important to me, and I believe that fitness is not just about losing/gaining weight or getting stronger. It's also about improving flexibility, balance, and mental health. My goal is to help my clients be their best selves by focusing on their physical and mental well-being.
